What’s in the free diaper raffle tickets download?

One printable page, ready to print at home or at a print shop.

  • 8 tickets per page, each with a “Name” and “Phone” line.
  • Sage green theme with a small bow, gender neutral, so it suits any shower.
  • Two paper sizes: US Letter (8.5 × 11 in) and A4.
  • Dashed cut lines, so scissors or a paper trimmer both work.
  • Print as many copies as you like. It’s yours to keep.

How many diaper raffle tickets should you print?

Plan on two tickets per guest. Most guests bring one pack, but some bring two or three, and each pack earns a ticket. For 20 guests, 40 tickets is 5 pages; for 30 guests, 60 tickets is 8 pages. Spare tickets cost a few cents to print, and running out halfway through looks worse than having extras.

Guests Tickets Pages to print
10 20 3
20 40 5
30 60 8
50 100 13

How do you print and cut the tickets?

  1. Open the PDF and print at 100% or “Actual size”, not “Fit to page”, so the cut lines stay straight.
  2. Use white cardstock (65 to 80 lb) if you have it. Regular paper works too, it just feels thinner in the jar.
  3. Cut along the dashed lines. A paper trimmer gets through 5 pages in about 10 minutes.
  4. Put the tickets, two or three pens and an empty jar at the gift table.

How does the diaper raffle drawing work?

Each guest who brings a pack of diapers fills out one ticket per pack and drops it in the jar. Near the end of the shower, after the games and before guests start to leave, the parent to be draws one ticket and reads the name out loud. The winner takes home the prize. If you need ideas, our list of diaper raffle prizes has ideas in the $15 to $30 range.

Guests also need to know about the raffle before the day, so they arrive with diapers. A short line on the invitation does it, and these diaper raffle wording ideas are ready to copy.

Do you need a diaper raffle sign too?

Yes, a small sign at the gift table saves you explaining the rules to every guest. It only has to say “1 pack of diapers = 1 entry” and point to the jar. If you want the sign, the tickets and the invitation cards in matching sage, pink and blue, the Diaper Raffle Set has all three for $9.99.

Frequently asked questions

Are these diaper raffle tickets really free?

Yes. Enter your email and the download opens on the next page. You’ll also get our 5 free baby shower games by email, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Can I edit the tickets?

The free tickets are a print-ready PDF, so the wording is fixed. The fields are left blank for guests to fill in by hand.

What paper should I print diaper raffle tickets on?

White cardstock between 65 and 80 lb is ideal, because it’s sturdy and easy to write on. Regular printer paper works fine if that’s what you have.

Yes, the classic rule is one pack, one ticket. A guest who brings three packs fills out three tickets and has three chances to win.

Can I get the tickets in pink or blue?

The free download is the sage theme. The paid diaper raffle tickets include sage, pink and blue for $3.99.
